This one-day insight event is intended for current university students, graduate students, MBA students, and new grads, and designed to provide attendees with an opportunity to learn about the industry and connect with inclusive companies and industry leaders who are passionate about fostering inclusion in the workplace.

InterBank Proud Futures 2026

On 15 October 2026, we had honour of welcoming LGBTQ+ early-career professionals and 25 companies to InterBank’s Proud Futures 2026 at Royal Bank of Canada.

25 years ago, InterBank was founded by a small group of banks with one goal: a more inclusive finance industry. Today, we have grown to 46 member firms across finance and professional services, and our founding mission remains as steadfast as ever.

Proud Futures is a space where junior talent can explore meaningful career opportunities at InterBank member firms without choosing between ambition and authenticity.

The event’s candid fireside chat with Nicolas Mazzoli, engaging panel moderated by Kelly Moffatt featuring Nancie LawrenceReda Fatima, Sophie Main, Tom Hulks , powerful closing keynote by Gareth Barlow , dynamic Career Expo, and fabulous networking reception at Pan Pacific London demonstrated that there isn’t one way to be successful or to build a fulfilling career. You can do it your way, and you belong in the industry exactly as you are.
